Eaglequest Coyote Creek offers a variety of meeting spaces that are ideal for your next business meeting. The golf course setting helps to create an atmosphere that your participants will find both relaxing and stimulating. Most of our meeting rooms have plenty of natural light, and all give you the privacy that you require. We also have plenty of free parking.

The Den
The Den can accommodate up to 22 people boardroom style. The Den is complete with a flip chart and white board.
Cost: $40.00/Hour or portion thereof.

 

Arizona Room
The Arizona Room can accommodate up to 60 people.
Cost: $60.00/Hour or portion thereof.
$100.00 Set-up fee for banquets

 

Main Banquet Room
The Banquet Room can accommodate up to 500 people theatre style.
Cost: $550.00 flat rate for up to 8 hours
Over 8 hours and additional charge of $50.00/hour will apply.
$200.00 Set-up fee for banquets

 
Banquet Room East
Banquet Room East can accommodate up to 150 people theatre style.
Cost: $300.00 flat rate for up to 8 hours
Over 8 hours, an additional charge of $50.00/hour will apply.
$200.00 Set-up fee for banquets
 

Banquet Room West
Banquet Room West will accommodate up to 200 people theatre style.
Cost: $350.00 flat rate for up to 8 hours
Over 8 hours an additional charge of $50.00/hour will apply.
